Bringing home a new puppy is incredibly exciting,
but with so much to think about and so much information out there, it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming
Don't worry, I've got you! Here is how I can get you and your puppy started on the right paw
Whether you are a first-time puppy parent, or someone who wants to welcome their new arrival with confidence, there are many things we can cover:

How we can help
Positive Tails Bespoke Training
This training is ideal for when you need to tackle a specific challenge with your puppy (e.g. loose lead walking, recall, barking, dealing with distractions, puppy biting, toilet training, etc.) or need assistance with a specific topic (e.g. pre-puppy arrival, the first weeks, socialisation, preparing for vet visits, understanding your puppy, etc)​

Ahead of our session you will be sent an enrolment form with questions about your puppy's history, health, lifestyle and general behaviour to help us craft a bespoke training plan

Support can be provided for individual sessions or, when multiple sessions are required, training bundles can be purchased. Each session will last 60 minutes and can be held in-person at your home or remotely on Zoom

Positive Puppy Starter Pack
A structured course designed to equip you and your puppy with all the essentials that you need to build a strong
foundation and positively prepare you for the tricky adolescence phase

All our techniques are straight forward, fun and easy to action, and everyone will want to join in on the training! And contrary to what you may have heard, this type of training is perfect for any breed, because no dog needs a "heavy hand" to learn and thrive.

Can I still train with you if I have used different training methods in the past?Absolutely! There is no judgement here :) I am happy that you are open to learn about positive reinforcement training and take steps to build the best relationship with your dog!

What is your role as a dog trainer, and what is expected of me as the dog parent during my dog's training?As your dog trainer, my role is to guide and coach you in understanding your dog and implementing effective training techniques that work for you both. I will provide you with all the necessary tools, strategies and knowledge to address your dog's specific needs and behaviours. While our sessions lay the foundation, your consistency and commitment are key to lasting improvement. Just a few minutes of daily practice can reinforce the training, strengthen your bond and create positive changes in your dog's behaviour. And I will be there to support you every step of the way!

What is the process to start working with you?​Let’s chat! Book a free intro call where we’ll explore your needs and find the perfect package for you. I will then send you an enrolment form to fill out with information on your dog's history, health, and daily routine, which we will go over together in the beginning of our first session. Drop a deposit to book your session or package, and you'll be all set to embark on a training journey with your dog.

Are you insured and certified?Yes! I am fully insured , first-aid trained, and certified as a dog trainer with the DTC and the IMDT. Proof of insurance and certifications can be provided upon request. Click here to know more :)
